01. ENQUIRE

Jump on our contact page and fill out the form to give us an idea of where you are at in your business, what you are looking at achieving with us, and when you need it completed by. We will then walk through your application and send you through a link to book in a zoom call.

02. CHAT

Once you have booked your call, you will receive an email which contains the link to our zoom call. When chatting we will walk through the history of your business, any pain points you currently have and what you dream your business to be. This gives us an in depth idea of what could work best for you.

Following the call, we will then send you through a custom proposal that outlines a few different options that you can take to work with us, along with our recommendations for you based on our call.

03. IT’S A DATE

When you have reviewed the proposal, chosen a start date that works for you, and paid your deposit, your date is all locked in! You will receive your homework, link to your client portal, and welcome guide. This will outline the process of working together and give you everything that you need. We can’t wait to bring your brand to life!

FAQs

Some frequent and not so frequently asked questions that should help you understand our approachable process.

  • Yes! To get started with us you will need to pay a 50% deposit to lock in your start date, and then the remainder is paid prior to the completion of the project. If you need further payment plans, please let us know and we can tailor one for you.

  • Whilst we have made each of our packages robust and including as much as possible, certain aspects are not included and require additional purchases by yourself. Things such as font licensing, website subscription, stock imagery, domain purchases, and any additional rounds necessary.

  • We book our calendars out up to 4 months in advance, so it is best to reach out as soon as possible, especially if you have a tighter deadline. We will do our very best to get you in for your desired timeline!

  • In order to have the most successful web build we recommend having a completely finished brand identity prior to starting your website build out. This ensures that your brand has an incredibly solid foundation to then convert your viewers to your clients!

  • Jump over to our contact page and fill out the form as best as possible, then we will send you a link to book a discovery call. On our call we can talk more in depth at where you are at in your business, where you want to be in the coming years, and the best solutions in order to bring that to life!

  • Totally get that! Book in a 1:1 coaching call and lets talk in depth about the challenges you are facing and how we can bring clarity on the way to move forward.

  • We have built a client portal for each of our clients which is home to a lot of resource that helps bring clarity to the entire design process. Alongside that, we keep in touch via email as well. If you ever feel stuck along the way, shoot us an SOS and we are here to support you!

  • Good news, this RARELY happens as we have such an in depth process prior to giving you concepts. But if you find yourself here additional revision rounds are $250 per round/change no matter how big or small!
